About our roofing service
Your home's roof is its first line of defense against South Florida's storms. A failing or aging roof puts everything beneath it at risk — and can complicate your insurance. Our roofing is installed by GARP Construction Group, a Florida Certified Roofing Contractor (CCC1329807) and General Contractor (CGC1520370) with more than 15 years of combined experience, using systems built for the Florida climate.
Roofing systems for every Florida home.
Asphalt shingle
The most widely used roofing in Florida. Cost-effective, available in many colors, and when rated for high wind, a dependable choice for hurricane country.
Tile
Concrete or clay tile offers a distinctive Florida look and exceptional longevity. Naturally resistant to heat and, properly installed, to high winds.
Metal
Standing-seam and metal roofing deliver some of the longest service life available and strong performance in high-wind events. A premium, low-maintenance option.
Flat / low-slope
Common on modern Florida homes and additions. Modern membrane systems provide reliable waterproofing for low-slope and flat sections.

Learn about PACE financingFrequently asked questions
- Can impact windows or a new roof lower my insurance?
- They may. Under Florida law (§627.0629), insurers must apply wind mitigation credits to the windstorm portion of your premium when qualifying features are documented on the state's OIR-B1-1802 form. Protecting all of your home's openings can unlock the highest available credits — up to 88% of the windstorm portion of the premium. Actual discounts vary by home, carrier, and inspection. Ask your insurer.
- Can an old roof affect my insurance?
- It can. Under Florida law (§627.7011), if your roof is 15 years or older, an insurer may require an inspection before renewing — and may decline coverage if the roof has less than five years of useful life remaining. Replacing an aging roof can protect both your home and your policy.
- What roofing types do you offer?
- Asphalt shingle, tile, metal, and flat/low-slope systems — your contractor helps you choose the best fit for your home and budget during your free assessment.
- Is the work guaranteed?
- Yes. Manufacturer warranties on materials and a contractor workmanship warranty from GARP Construction Group apply to your project. Specific terms are confirmed in your contract with the contractor.
- Who performs the work?
- EcoHome Solutions is the commercial and marketing partner; GARP Construction Group Inc., a Florida Certified Roofing Contractor (CCC1329807) and General Contractor (CGC1520370), performs all installation work.
